Lazy Day Off

Well, I had good intentions of doing something physical today, but the book I was reading was good and the day just slipped by.  I did go over to the Yellowstone Art and Photography Studio, but it was closed due to staff training, whatever that means.  I'll check it out tomorrow.  I did get to socialize with a few of the folks around here. Got to hear all sorts of stuff about various jobs.  Most of it good.

I did stop at the Junior Range Station.  There was an interesting display animal skins, horn, antlers, skulls and rocks.  The ranger said the age range to be a Junior Ranger is 3 years old to whatever.  The oldest ranger he had was 94.

Because I was caught up in reading the book, I missed lunch.  I did have a pack a ramen noodles, my roomie has a hot pot, and  I have a plastic container that works as a big bowl.  Unfortunately, I did not have a spoon or fork, only a plastic knife.  So there I was, eating soup and noodles with a knife.  Funny situation.  When I get back home, I will probably have developed some strange habits.  well, stranger than those I already have

The attached picture are of Old Faithful Geyser.  Rose took it early this morning. It is just beautiful here..

  1. Hey, when I have a laxy, day, it usually means I have to stay near the toilet..as a matter of fact, I had a laxy day when I was in Lewisburg last time...I had to prep for a colonoscopy! Another observation, can't you get cutlery from the cafe? Or even better, make some chop sticks from an appropriate sized stick?
